- We offer shipping across India.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.
- Typical delivery timelines range between 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Delivery Information
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details (name, address, contact number).
- The Craft Hub is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched (if applicable).
- Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before the production process begins.
- Once customisation or production has started, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Refund on Cancellation
- If an order is cancelled before production, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
