- Once production has started, customised orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

- Prices may vary depending on customisation, packaging, and product availability.
- We offer secure online and offline payment options.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
- The Craft Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
5. Product Variations
- All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, design, or arrangement may occur.
- Such variations are not considered defects.

- We are not liable for allergies or sensitivities related to edible items included as per customer preference.
- We are not responsible for misuse or mishandling of products after delivery.
