  • Customers will be informed about estimated timelines during order confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.
  • Typical delivery timelines range between 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Delivery Information

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details (name, address, contact number).
  • The Craft Hub is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched (if applicable).
  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before the production process begins.
  • Once customisation or production has started, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Refund on Cancellation

  • If an order is cancelled before production, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

8. Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, peak seasons, or high order volumes.
  • We recommend placing orders in advance for special occasions.
